1. Analytics currently used

Envoyou uses Google Analytics 4 see official Google Analytics Data Privacy & Security Documentation to understand how visitors navigate the website and whether key calls to action lead to relevant destinations.

Specifically, the exact events and metrics collected are strictly limited to:

  • Page views: standard GA4 pageview metrics to measure traffic patterns across pages.
  • CTA location: the specific element or section on the page where a call-to-action button was clicked (e.g. hero, pricing table, header).
  • CTA destination: the destination host of the link selected (e.g. login or signup routes).
  • Conversion outcome: key engagement events such as eai_login_clicked, eai_outbound_clicked, and pricing_plan_selected.
  • Device/browser information: standard browser type, operating system, language, and display dimensions provided natively by Google Analytics 4.
  • Approximate location: country and city level location derived from IP addresses by GA4 servers see official GA4 IP Anonymization & Location Processing ; IP addresses are processed solely to determine general location and are not stored or made accessible to Envoyou.

2. Privacy boundaries

Envoyou does not send article drafts, editor content, account content, workspace names, email addresses, payment details, or other customer-generated content to Google Analytics.

Analytics events are used for aggregated website and conversion measurement, strictly complying with Google's Policy for Sites Using Google Services to prohibit sending personally identifiable information (PII) or user content.

4. Preference control

You can view your current analytics preference and change or revoke your decision at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
