What is an Editorial Credit?
One Editorial Credit is consumed when you successfully run a complete article refinement process. A refinement includes editorial review, content polishing, SEO optimization, and publication-ready output.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset with each monthly allocation. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and refill the plan’s credit allowance monthly during the active term. Additional Credits purchased separately do not expire under the current terms.
When is a credit consumed?
A credit is only consumed after a successful refinement. Failed or interrupted processing does not deduct credits.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. You can purchase Additional Credits (top-up) inside the EAI billing settings panel. Add-on credits are automatically used after your monthly allocation is exhausted and never expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can purchase another plan at any time. The current hosted checkout uses prepaid manual renewal; automatic recurring charges are not enabled yet.
How are payments processed?
Local payments in Indonesia are processed through Midtrans. International payments are planned to be processed through Paddle once global checkout becomes available. Available payment methods and currencies may vary depending on the customer’s location and selected checkout option.
How do I access EAI after purchase?
Customers must sign in to their Envoyou EAI account before purchasing. Once payment is successfully confirmed, the selected subscription is activated and Editorial Credits are automatically added to the customer’s workspace. New customers may be asked to complete a short onboarding process before accessing the editorial tools.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Eligible new workspaces receive 10 trial Editorial Credits to explore the platform before purchasing a plan.
Do I need a team plan to collaborate?
No. Individual users can use Starter and Pro plans independently. Team is designed for organizations that require shared workspaces, multiple seats, and centralized analytics.
