Build-time refresh behavior

The landing-site build attempts to refresh E-Blog, EAI, and GA4 data independently. A successful source refresh updates that source's freshness date. If credentials are unavailable or a request fails, the last known values and their original freshness date are retained.

What “snapshot” means

Values shown on envoyou.com are operational snapshots, not audited financial statements, service-level guarantees, or promises of customer results. Counts and percentages can change as activity and source systems change.

Known limitations

  • EAI percentages are calculated by the backend source. The landing repository displays the reported values but does not independently recompute their denominators.
  • Published-article and top-view counts are cumulative API values, while GA4 views and active users use a 30-day reporting window.
  • E-Blog audience results are influenced by topics, distribution, search demand, and publishing frequency; they do not isolate the effect of EAI.
  • A missing credential intentionally preserves the previous snapshot instead of replacing it with a fabricated fallback value.
