Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 23, 2026. This policy applies to prepaid EAI plans and additional credit purchases processed through our supported payment gateways.
1. Prepaid Purchases
EAI plans and add-ons are prepaid. Automatic recurring billing is not currently enabled. Monthly and annual access begins when payment is confirmed and the corresponding credits are allocated.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request review of a refund when:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- payment succeeded but EAI did not allocate the purchased plan or credits;
- the amount charged did not match the confirmed checkout amount;
- the transaction was unauthorized, subject to identity verification; or
- a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
You may also request cancellation of a substantially unused purchase within seven calendar days of payment. We will review usage, allocated benefits, payment-provider limitations, and applicable law before approving or declining the request.
3. Purchases Generally Not Refundable
Except where required by law, we generally do not refund credits that have already been consumed, completed editorial processing, change of mind after substantial use, dissatisfaction caused solely by content that was not human-reviewed, or suspension resulting from a material breach of the Terms.
4. Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Transactions
A failed or expired checkout does not allocate credits. A pending bank or wallet authorization may be released automatically by the payment provider. For duplicate successful payments, contact us with both order references so we can verify the records.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit a tracked request through the EAI support form or email support@envoyou.com with your account email, organization name, order or invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes.
6. Review and Payment Return
We aim to acknowledge complete requests within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through a method supported by the original payment provider. Bank, wallet, and provider processing times may apply. Refunded credits and related plan access may be removed from the account.
7. Chargebacks and Fraud
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. We may suspend disputed credits or account access while an unauthorized payment, fraud report, or chargeback is reviewed.
8. Plan Changes and Remaining Credits
Purchasing a different plan does not automatically refund a previous purchase. Monthly plan credits are tied to their purchased period, annual credits to the annual prepaid period, and separately purchased add-on credits currently do not expire.
