Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website envoyou.com (the "Site") and the Editorial Intelligence platform hosted at eai.envoyou.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "User", "you", or "your") and Envoyou (referred to as "Envoyou", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or the Service.

Envoyou operates as a registered business operator in Indonesia, complying with the Business Identification Number (NIB) framework and is registered as an Electronic System Operator (PSE - Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik) under the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. AI Content & Search Engine Disclaimer

Envoyou provides an AI-powered editorial assistant workspace designed to refine, structure, and check the quality of raw article drafts. You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding AI-generated output:

• Factual Verification: AI outputs may contain factual inaccuracies, omissions, or contextually inappropriate recommendations. The final draft is intended solely as an editorial template. The final human editor retains 100% responsibility for auditing and verifying all factual claims, data points, and URLs before publishing.
• SEO and Search Engine Indexes: Envoyou helps structure content to improve readability and alignment with SEO best practices. However, Envoyou does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic increases, or indexing success. Search engine algorithm updates, penalties, de-indexing, or classification of content as automated spam are risks borne entirely by the User.
• Human-in-the-Loop Requirement: The Service is not engineered for fully automated, hands-off content publication. Direct CMS synchronization features are tools to expedite manual publishing workflows, and they must be guided by human oversight.

3. Service Availability (No Uptime Guarantee)

The Site and the Service are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Envoyou makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, its availability, or its security.

• No SLA or Uptime Warranties: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Service. There are no service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime percentage guarantees.
• Maintenance & Interruptions: Access to the Service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time without notice to accommodate scheduled upgrades, emergency maintenance, API provider downtime, or server outages. Envoyou is not liable for any losses, database sync failures, or workflow delays caused by service interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

We respect the creative work of writers and publishers using our system.

• User Inputs & Drafts: You retain full copyright and ownership of all raw drafts, outline notes, and reference files you upload to the Service.
• Refined Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Envoyou assigns all rights, titles, and interests in the polished drafts and SEO metadata packs generated by the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that outputs do not violate third-party copyright laws or trademark rules.
• Envoyou Property: All software code, UI design systems, branding, templates, algorithms, prompts, and database structures remain the exclusive property of Envoyou and its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service, the Site, or EAI workspace to:

• Generate low-quality automated text in bulk to spam search engines or manipulate search visibility.
• Produce or distribute hate speech, harassment, defamation, explicit content, or factual misinformation.
• Perform unauthorized scraping, crawling, or penetration testing on Envoyou's infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer prompts, system instructions, or proprietary EAI workflows.
• Violate search engine webmaster guidelines or third-party API policies (including Google Gemini API terms of service).

6. Data Isolation & Account Termination

We implement strict data boundary and isolation protocols to protect your publishing workspace:

• Workspace Isolation: All tenant data, including uploaded reference contexts, analysis logs, history sidebar records, and CMS integration configurations, is isolated at the Clerk Organization boundary level. No data is shared or visible across workspaces.
• Post-Termination Data Handling: Upon account closure, workspace deletion, or service termination, all related analysis logs, cached drafts, metadata records, and encrypted CMS credentials stored in our database will be scheduled for permanent deletion or anonymization. Complete removal from database backups and active clusters occurs within 30 business days, except where data must be retained to satisfy legal reporting, compliance, or billing audit logs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envoyou, its founder, employees, or API partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of SEO traffic, CMS connection failures, or business interruptions arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Service after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
